By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not purchase Products.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and purchasing the Products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.

Products are sold strictly as research chemicals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, in vivo administration, clinical use, food, cosmetics, or any other non-research application. You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and using Products in compliance with all applicable laws, institutional policies, and biosafety practices.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices, availability, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
• We may refuse, limit, cancel, or require additional verification for any order at our discretion.
• Payment is processed through third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms.

Shipping methods, carrier options, and estimated transit times are described in the Shipping Policy. Title and risk-of-loss provisions apply as set forth in the Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Batch-associated Certificates of Analysis may be made available through the applicable product or documentation page, where available. Analytical documentation is provided for research reference and does not constitute a medical, therapeutic, or clinical representation.

• Human or veterinary consumption, administration, or clinical application.
• Resale as a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food ingredient, or medical device.
• Use in violation of any law, regulation, or institutional policy.
• Any use that misrepresents Products as approved for human use.

The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, logos, and PepGuide branding, is owned by PepGuide or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPGUIDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepGuide, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, loss, or liability arising from your use or misuse of the Products or violation of these Terms.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site, refuse service, or cancel orders where permitted by law, including in response to suspected fraud, prohibited use, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.

Governing law, arbitration venue, and dispute-resolution provisions are pending legal review and will be published following confirmation by PepGuide legal counsel.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
