Shipping Policy

PepGuide currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available. Where the selected carrier cannot service P.O. Boxes, a physical street address is required for delivery.

Shipping charges, available methods, and any applicable carrier fees are calculated and displayed during checkout before an order is submitted. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or the shipment issue resulted from an error by PepGuide.

Orders are generally processed on business days following payment confirmation. Processing estimates exclude weekends, federal holidays, address-verification delays, inventory issues, and periods of unusually high order volume.

Estimated carrier transit times are not guaranteed and may vary based on destination, weather, carrier operations, and other circumstances outside PepGuide’s control. Carrier timing is shown at checkout where available.

Once an order has shipped, tracking is available in the following ways:

• Click the tracking link in the shipping-confirmation message.
• Contact PepGuide through the Contact page with your order number.

Orders are shipped in discreet, plain outer packaging to protect Product integrity and customer privacy.

Products are labeled “Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption.” Applicable batch documentation may be available through the relevant product or COA page.

If a shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable window after the carrier’s estimated delivery date, contact PepGuide through the Contact page with your order number. Refund and replacement handling is governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PepGuide is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from address errors provided at checkout.
